Awesome staff. Mike .....He’s simply great. He put my Trek Marlin 7 together. No issues. And I went back to buy a Bontrager helmet. He explained the pros and cons. Very professional. Takes his time with you. he's thorough and attentive..... the whole staff are simply a delight. If you have any issue with your bike please do yourself a favor. The customer service was exceptional! They answered all my questions clearly and patiently. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.
Went for a ride and realized my seat was loose. I went in to ask for a wrench to tighten the bolt. Curly bun having guy took it to the back and took the entire seat apart for some reason and put it back together and charged me $8+. I could have done it myself but just needed a tool To tighten it. Maybe I interrupted something he was doing. It was kinda weird and pricey to tighten a screw I feel.
