TREK is great! It what one expects from a bike shop. They know their products and answer questions. I cancelled and gave away a Carbon Pro one Urtopia which has poor support and lack of service. If you are thinking about an electric assist, go to where you can count on service.
Customer Service sucks. I asked them when I brought the bike if they can change the valve stems for me along with the installing a new handlebar. They said yes. Even left them the sealant and everything. Got my bike back and they didn’t do it. The tape job on my bike was awful. And every bike shop I’ve gone to they always give me the bike back having been at least wiped down sometimes I get it with some shine on it. Not here. Great store!!! Evan was super helpful with helping me adjust things on my bike and Jordan helped me think through the best biking gloves! JB and Ricardo also super friendly! Great experience overall. Will be back soon!!!!
