Trek is now my own local bike shop. I can depend on their staff for advice, service and support for my new townie Go S e-bike.
If you want someone who knows what they are doing, then this is your store. The manager there is way above average! I've been a Trek owner for 16 years and by far this store exceeds my expectations and that is quite an accomplishment because typically Trek stores are high end quality and service.
