Had a great experience at Trek! Got my non Trek bike serviced here. I originally came in for a derailleur adjustment and ended up having a couple hundred dollars of additional work done. Keith was incredible. His attitude, knowledge, and willingness to explain everything really stood out. The staff is so nice! Ben was such a GREAT instructor for a free clinic that was offered on changing flat tires. Positive experience all around.
