I really wanted to like this store. I was looking for a local bike shop that would be able to sell me bikes and provide good service and support at a fair price. They failed miserably on all counts. The owner is not customer oriented and disrespectful. The service department is not allowed to inventory parts. They excessively overcharge for service and then do not stand behind their warranty. I picked up my Ridley yesterday after a full tune and cable replacement. The difference is night and day! So much smoother and, more importantly, quieter. Very fast and professional service!

The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable! There speed on fixing or repairs is fast! They honor their work and are proud of the products they sell. I just had my bike repaired and they went above and beyond what they had to do! I left extremely happy and reassured that I chose the right store and the right bike!
