I really wanted to like this store. I was looking for a local bike shop that would be able to sell me bikes and provide good service and support at a fair price. They failed miserably on all counts. The owner is not customer oriented and disrespectful. The service department is not allowed to inventory parts. They excessively overcharge for service and then do not stand behind their warranty.
