Excellent service and very helpful and friendly!! Very good selection of bikes and accessories and store is super clean. Highly recommended.
Don’t go here they will up-charge you an unreasonable amount.
The employees at TREKS are friendly and have high levels of expertise, which is sn awesome combination.

Horrible customer service. Placed an order for a gift card and never received it, and it was not a pickup order. This store was clueless when an inquiry was placed and no resolution was offered. Contacted corporate only to find out they do not do gift cards, so needless to say don’t buy a gift card for a family members birthday from Trek because they don’t actually exist. Filing a chargeback.
