RecommendedChain came off bike and we could not get it back on. Brought it into Trek of Naples and Amy fixed us right up plus she inflated the tires and gave the bike a little wash. Much appreciated! Went in to get sealant for my tubeless tire that leaked. My DIY skills lacked that day which required a follow-up visit. The tech fixed my issue in less than 3 minutes for no charge. This is now my go-to bike shop even though my primary horse is not a Trek.
Sent me out of the store "ready to ride". $165 to swap over to tubeless, fine. They even tell me they need to over inflate a bit to get the tire to "seat" well. They give it back to me with a flat front tire and a missing valve cap. The previous week I spent $175 on a solid tune up and it will barely stay in any gear. It was a nicer walk out of the woods today.....��. I will say that a couple of the techs there seem pretty great. I'll try them next time and keep my fingers crossed.
Friendly staff with much knowledge and honestly. Always looking out for the customer needs, not just to make a sale.
