They keep lots of parts in stock. I'm from out of town. I called ahead to make sure they had the fork adapter I needed for my roof rack, and when I got there they had it ready with my name on it. In my experience Trek stores are always on point and ready to help with any need.
First off, I want to give a huge shoutout to Josh B. — absolutely phenomenal customer service and an even better human being.
