I just upgraded my road bike to a Trek Domaine AL5 gen4. I went to the Greenville store from Hendersonville, NC because they were the only one with a 61cm in stock. I'm glad I landed there. The staff was wonderful. I worked with Bay who was very helpful and very nice and encouraging. The associate who set up and fitted the bike for me was very patient and helpful as well. Josh, Gerry and everyone up there will take care of you and make sure you are 100% satisfied. I had an issue with an FX bike I bought on Trek's website that was shipped here for assembly. They could not have taken care of it any better. I was impressed. Cheers to Joshua.
