Absolutely amazing experience at Trek Bicycle Store Greenville! The team was friendly, welcoming, and super knowledgeable. I went in for a 2024 Trek Rail, and they walked me through every aspect of MTB riding—from bike selection to maintenance and safety. They properly sized me and my wife for the perfect fit and even educated us on helmet sizing. My wife picked up a Marlin 5, and I went with a hybrid bike since I’m getting older with a bad knee.
