Very nice people in the shop. Rented a roadbike and that was in new-condition. Did also 3 rides in my week there with the group they have lead by Keith. This also was very nice .
I was in the store last Thursday for an upgrade in my pedals and Abraham did an awesome service, also helping me with a ceramic speed upgrade and I absolutely love the service. Everything goes smoothly and same day delivery which was great. I will be there soon for my monthly maintenance and keep the store in mind for my next upgrades. Great experience all around. Motor on e-bike prematurely "died". They called TREK that day and received confirmation that a new motor with warranty and sensor would be shipped. I also had a couple other maintenance items performed. Bike was returned repaired, cleaned and new chain lubed. She is riding well.
Checked stock for me before heading to the store. Once there, he offered to put the car rack on my car AND to grab a bike from the store to demonstrate how to put the bikes on. Super helpful!
