I had an exceptional experience last Thursday at the Silverdale Trek store. I went in for my free maintenance (within first year of purchase) and I left with a spotless, well-tuned bike (and no up-charges). However, there was more to the visit. Adrian, mechanic/bike educator extraordinaire, answered all of my questions - patiently, kindly, respectfully, and non-technically - so that I can stay safe on the trail and keep my bike in good shape.
