We had great customer service. Louis was informative and when I could not find my size in a couple of bike shoes he immediately offered to try to find it in the warehouse. I received a text 3 days later and was very happy with my new shoes. We will continue to shop there.
The employees were very knowledgeable, they explained to me everything I needed to know, they helped me to make a decision and I didn’t felt pressured. I was able to do a test drive, and I felt that I was making a good decision.
