Purchased a Madone from Trek Silverdale. Lewis was superbly helpful, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the process. Trek did not have the model I needed available. Lewis went out his way to find one in a different state and had it shipped to their shop. As a first time customer in this shop I was warmly welcomed and attended to with a smile. I needed new tires put on my rims and the price was very reasonable and the work was done competently and quickly. I was very happy with this shop. This will be bike shop of choice for all future service.
Kole and Mike made the buying experience flawless, answering all my questions and concerns taking the time to help, I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new bike outstanding team!
Brought in a new bike to get help with a tire that wouldn't inflate and to help me with final setup. They were swift, courteous, and told me what was happening every step of the way. Cole was the one to help and was great. The prices also seem fair.
