Purchased a Madone from Trek Silverdale. Lewis was superbly helpful, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the process. Trek did not have the model I needed available. Lewis went out his way to find one in a different state and had it shipped to their shop. Lewis also went out of his way to find a method to upgrade the wheel set to my specifications and made it an economical easy choice. The extras were added and the bike delivered in perfect order. As a first time customer in this shop I was warmly welcomed and attended to with a smile. I needed new tires put on my rims and the price was very reasonable and the work was done competently and quickly. I was very happy with this shop. This will be bike shop of choice for all future service.
