David, Troy and the team at Trek Bicycle Shellharbour are super people to do business with; nothing is too much trouble and they go the extra mile to source components to get the job done. Recently, I took a family member's bike in for a service after it hadn't been ridden in 'awhile.' The result is fantastic and we're looking forward to hitting the trails again after a long lay-off. Friendly relational staff, good product quality and range in a handy location.
I took some bikes in a while ago for a service and was essentially told the bikes were “not fully serviceable or worth the time” (Put in the too hard basket) Took the bikes elsewhere and had a great experience, received the serviced bikes back a couple days later.
Great service, these guys know mountain bikes.
