Visiting from Florida and I came in to get a shock pump for my mountain bike. The manager was super friendly and helpful. He pointed out that most shocks have rider weights and corresponding pressure charts on the shock, showed me how to use the pump, recommended some trails and we talked about bikes and how they have changed over the years. No pressure, no rush - it was like talking to a buddy. I’m so impressed with the shop that I think I will buy my next bike from San Angelo Trek and take it back to Florida!
