Had a great experience and Ben was awesome! Recently bought my bike and haven’t done any maintenance on it. Soon as I walked in I was greeted. Ben then took a Quick Look at my bike to inform me, while I was there, of what to expect from the service package I purchased. He was super informative and taught me a few new things about brake pad adjustments too. Definitely gonna choose this store for future maintenance and repairs.
The staff was helpful, professional, and easy to work with. I appreciated the customer service and the time taken to answer questions and assist with what I needed. Good service goes a long way, especially when people are trying to make the right decision on bikes, repairs, or gear. Overall, I had a positive experience and appreciate the support from the Roseville team.
