I took my Trek E bike into the store today with an error code that I couldn’t clear. I was greeted by Mike who was very friendly and helpful. He guided me to the service area and introduced me to Julie who was equally friendly and helpful. She quickly got to work and figured out what the problem was, explaining what she was doing as she worked. I bought my Roscoe 6 Gen 3 earlier this year, and I still couldn’t be happier with it. There was only one within reasonable distance available in my size, and it happened to be in Las Vegas. Thanks to Jeremy, we were able to have it transferred to Reno - then, funny enough, I ended up moving to Las Vegas myself! Jeremy and Mike were so helpful throughout the process. You’re all wonderful, and I’m sorry I didn’t get the chance to stop in and say goodbye before the move! We miss you Trek Bicycle Reno!!
