Did everything exactly as promised
We just stopped by and ordered a bike for my daughter. Jamie (sp?) was so amazingly kind and helpful! We found exactly what we were looking for, but more importantly, we had a lovely time doing it. He even helped guide us to some helmets for my very picky daughters, and they are so, so excited about their choices! He is passionate about what he does, and it totally shows! Would give 10 stars if I could!
Very competent and customer-friendljy staff… puts a new customer at ease, no matter what the situation or problem . Good collection of Trek bikes (though they service other bikes too)
One of the few bike shops that have skilled enough mechanics to work on the higher end trickier bikes
Came here for a quick repair service, the staff was very attentive and friendly and was able to squeeze me in and even find some savings for me on top of an already competitive price. Only thing was the parking lot in the back is a bit narrow and you have to bring your bike through the front entrance. I'll definitely revisit for any tuneups I need in the future!
