This place is always reliable. The guys that work there are great.
Even though I didn’t buy my bike there, I needed a software update on my Scott’s solace E20 from sales to Service. Everybody was super helpful. They got me in within 20 minutes and gave me the update. This is the place you wanna go you can tell they like what they do, even though I live in Lynnwood, I will be driving out there for my Service work you can’t find shops like this anymore.
We have 6 Trek bikes (4 purchased from the Redmond store). Mountain biking was a BIG part of our summer this year. With that came need for enhanced parts and fixed parts. I just love our Trek bikes, but I love the service the store provides even more. A BIG thank you to Alex for sharing his knowledge and kindness. We were in the store a good amount this summer. The team at Remond Trek kept my youngest rider on the trails all summer, which has become his favorite place and a new passion. Thank you.
I've taken 2 bikes to Trek for repairs, neither were made by the Trek brand. The store associates are all so friendly and willing to help. They gave us great advice and fixed up our bikes (one is an e-bike) and the bikes have been riding smoothly! Will definitely keep coming here for all our bike needs. Casual, friendly bike spot.
