We had a great experience with Alex at Trek Redmond! We had two old garage bikes he did free estimates on. It took maybe 15 minutes and he was very knowledgeable. It felt like he truly was there to get the bikes working and safe versus try to sell us new parts. Overall he was able to bring life back into our old bikes! We will definitely be coming back for any and all bike needs.
I had my non-Trek brand bike serviced here and they were so kind and not at all pushy. They had great recommendations to get my bike in tip top shape, and never made me feel weird about my lack of knowledge or experience. The pricing was also super transparent and fair for everything I had done. It's like a new bike!
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Both of my last two visits were for flat tires. Both times the staff fixed my tire in less than 30 minutes! So very thankful.
Used to be a good bike shop but now dedicated to providing mid service at a high premium. Would only go there to buy a new bike and nothing else - Needed a bike to be boxed for shipping, they failed to meet their own deadline despite assuring me that the bike will be ready days in advance - Faulty chain install. Chain broke in one ride despite buying a new one - Unable to fix squealing brakes despite paying for new pads and high level servicing
