I had a great experience with the service department! The staff were very helpful and efficient, which made the transaction quick and easy. I was looking for bearings for wheels hubs, and they were the only bike shop in the area that carried the needed size. I was really impressed by how well stocked they were. Highly recommend checking them out for any bike service needs!
Very helpful and kind staff. They were able to find 27.5x2.2 tires and Schrader valve tubes for me. I had been to several other shops in the area and no one else carried them. The helpful associate dug through the back room finding awesome tires with reflective sidewall like I had been meaning to purchase.
Amazing store with awesome group of people. I was in the market for a new Road Bike, having owned an Trek FX 3 in the past. After explaining the type of bike I was looking for, the folks at the store recommended the Trek Domane, explain why that would be the right choice and set up a test ride for me.
