Great experience, there was an issue with the bike order originally, and the manager stepped in and resolved it super quick. Everyone in the shop was super helpful and encouraging for a new cyclist. Love my new bike!
Had a bit of a snafu with my chain on a ride recently. Went in to have them look at it. In and out under 30 minutes with the parts I needed to fix it. They also made sure to check that my frame was intact and that my derailers were working properly. Amazing service at the Redmond store.
