A great experience !!! I purchased a Trek marlin 5 for my son at the Trek Plainview location. Salesperson/mechanic Jason was very helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about getting my son the right bicycle. I would highly recommend
Went in on a Wednesday afternoon. The friendly knowledgeable staff helped me tune, align, change break pads and a brake cable for my bike. Initially he said I should get my bike back by the weekend, latest on Tuesday. To my happy surprise, I got an email and text that my bike was ready for pick up on Thursday! Around 24 hrs turn around time. Everything cost around $133.
