Great service at Trek Plainview. Bought a pair of Bontrager Cadence indoor cycling shoes about a year ago from this place. Yesterday one of the BOA dials fell off and I took my shoes into Trek today to see if they could fix it. Had the pleasure of meeting Ian who was exceptionally helpful, polite, and professional. He somehow managed to find the record of my purchase in their computer system and informed me that my shoes were still under warranty and that they could be replaced at no cost to me. Amazing news!
