I appreciate the staff at the Trek Bicycle store in Okemos. They listen to my questions, take them seriously and offer excellent suggestions. I'm a middle-aged woman and staff in a lot of stores ignore someone like me so I think the staff and the service they provide is something special.
I had an exceptional experience at Trek Bicycle Okemos! I went in knowing nothing more than what line of bikes I was hoping to look at (the Domane line) but not buy just yet. A worker asked what I was looking for, walked me over to the bikes, and spent well over 40 minutes with me. He answered all of the questions I had on bikes, helmets, pedals, and shoes even after I said I wasn't looking to buy anything on the day. Wonderful experience with multiple staff members helping me decide which bike was best for me! Listened to my concerns, helped me identify needed accessories, and built everything quickly and with an obvious care and pride in their work! Have bought two bikes here and will be coming back for more!
