I walked in looking for a replacement bike for commuting/recreation rides. Only ever bought 'big box' generic bikes before. Helena asked a few questions and set me up for a test ride on the DS 3. Perfect match! Both Helena and Kaitlyn sorted all the bits and pieces I needed and I walked out woth everything fitted. No hassle no heavy sales pitch. Easy as!
