Always a pleasure to deal with Rick, Martin and the entire staff. My bikes ( all none Trek ) are always serviced beyond my expectations, Martin recently made me a 27.5 wheel set for my Felt Fat bike for use on gravel and pavement and I could not be happier with the wheelset. Just today I had a OneUp dropper post issue with sticking and poor performance and in less than 1 hr Martin had it operating flawlessly. These folks have created a life long long customer.
