Today I purchased my first bicycle in over 20+ years, decided to come to this store and get some advice. Roger was extremely helpful! Great selection, great prices, cannot recommend them enough!
Después de recorrer muchas tiendas en todo el país (trabajo como transportista) al fin conseguí mi bicicleta Trek. Muchas gracias a Oscar por su atención. Oscar es muy respetuoso, profesional y sobre todo te hace sentir como en casa. Gracias Trek por seleccionar muy bien al personal. Recomiendo 100% está tienda. Viaje 4 horas para llegar allá pero valió la pena.

I brought my bike 5 months ago, very nice staff, very helpful, a lot of excellent choices to buy any TREK models, and BMC bikes. They actually saved my life, other mechanic at other SHOP, never add watcher on my crank, TREK pinecrest and manager told me it was poorly set, I never went back to that store. NEVER!!! Forever grateful for being honest and add watcher. Is more like family store., They have good people there friendly staff over all I do recommend this place. GREAT place to visit even for cuban coffee.
Oscar, at Trek Bicycle Miami, took GREAT care of my bike and me. He was courteous, pleasant, efficient and he diagnosed my bike’s problems expertly and accurately. The service was completed before the promised date. Oscar made adjustments to fit me perfectly and gave me helpful information and instructions. The final cost was LOWER than the original estimate. I enthusiastically recommend Trek Bicycle Miami on 125th and S. Dixie Highway for any of your bicycle needs.
