Bought my Trek FX-3 hybrid here last spring, just had it serviced this week. Great bike, great customer service (thanks Oscar!).

I dropped in to this store just to see what they had for mountain bikes. I was greeted by Oscar who showed me what they had in stock. He was very happy, friendly, knowledgeable and was generous with his time in explaining the differences between the bikes they had. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I’d recommend him to anyone considering a Trek. Too bad there aren’t more Oscars in the sales world
