Great service and staff!
These guys (Dana & Co.) looked my non Trek bike for 4 hours and did not charge me a penny to assess the damage and emailed me a quote for my ICBC claim. Other stores wanted to charge $50 for this service, Trek did this as a customer community service. One of my other bikes I own is a Trek Madone. I thank them and am glad I found the best customer service (since Dizzy's bikes on 4th ave. back 15 years ago), Trek bikes in Maple Ridge have my appreciation big time.
