Top flight! The store is new and fresh. It is well stocked with bicycles and gear like accessories, clothing, etc. The crew couldn't be better. I purchased a high-end Trek Domane SLR7 MK4 eTap Project One bike and many accessories and am very impressed with the techs (mechanics) as well. My bike and gear were set up to my instructions and ready for me to ride quickly. They really wanted to please me even now, after the sale.
Trek Mandeville is a great bike shop. The staff are always friendly, patient, and helpful. I’ve never found them to be condescending, which is something a novice cyclist like me worries about. They always try to accommodate my budget when repairs are made, and never try to force me into things I may not need. Every experience I’ve had here has been positive. 10/10
