Trek Mandeville is a great bike shop. The staff are always friendly, patient, and helpful. I’ve never found them to be condescending, which is something a novice cyclist like me worries about. They always try to accommodate my budget when repairs are made, and never try to force me into things I may not need. Every experience I’ve had here has been positive. 10/10

Pleasant, courteous, experienced and knowledgeable staff. No pressure sales. Respectful of customer’s needs and desires. Expeditious service. Inventory for all of your cycling needs. Overall exceptional staff and customer service that sadly most businesses do not have these days.
