Luke, Robert and all the guys at this store are incredible! I can't remember when I've gotten this good of Service. They are passionate about everything to do with bikes and the cycling world. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Their people skills are off the charts. My wife and I both bought bikes at this store. It was a very positive experience.
Luke, Travis, Caleb…these guys are the best. I’ve taken four bikes to Lee’s Summit Trek for servicing. When I first took my Roscoe 7, to them, Luke took the time to show me what I needed to know to enjoy my bike. The initial vendor told me nothing. Second trip, Caleb did a thorough inspection and told me upfront what to expect with no BS. Travis is a phenomenal mechanic.
