Took my electric bike in for service. Friendly and informative service and the bike rides great post service !
I took my MTB to Trek Leederville yesterday for a quick once over before I ride the Cape to Cape. As I don’t know much about bike maintenance, the staff spent about 40 minutes with me explaining what to do if something goes wrong with my bike and gave me a heap of other great tips. I really appreciated the time they took to explain things to me and the knowledge they had about their products. I will definitely be bringing my bike back here for future services.
I have now bought 2 bikes in less than 12months from Trek Leederville. The customer service is outstanding. They go over and above to ensure your ride is perfect. Thanks so much Nathanial and team - You are the best!
