I am so pleased with the level of customer service I received at Trek Westchase. I came in right before closing for a simple sealant-clogged valve replacement, and Brian discovered that my front brake was completely inoperable. He took the time to troubleshoot and fix my brake so that I could get onto my ride that evening. Had I not come in, I wouldn’t have discovered that until too late and not been able to ride.
