Bike wasn't perfect for me but Matt and his team made it perfect! Great service and products!
My specialized Hybrid X needed a tune up and air in my tires. All staff members who assisted me where professional and very knowledgeable with their craft. The services requested were completed by the date as scheduled.
I admittedly do not know much about the complexities of bicycles. I did however decide to give these guys a try at the Westchase location and was NOT disappointed. Dave and team are experts at what they do! My questions and concerns were answered and addressed without feeling rushed or pushed into any certain direction. These folks just want you to love what you are getting, no matter what your budget might be. They can help you find it.
