I went because of a flat tyre on my bike. They fix it in 5 minutes and at a very affordable price
Quick friendly service, knowledgeable staff, very easy going vibes. I did a spoke repair and rim balance and the price was in line with local shop prices. I've come in to top up my tire pressure a few times when I'm in the area off the bike trail. No pressure or stress, as a local shop should be: supportive of every day cyclists and enthusiasts alike.
Staff was very friendly, especially for someone new to cycling so they walked me through extra things to watch out for. The tech who initially diagnosed the bike I brought in clearly explained what was wrong and the cost. He also upsold me on the maintenance package, but wasn't rudely pushy, just recommended it based on the condition of my bike.
