I had my handlebars rewrapped after many many years of use and the turnaround was great only two days and the tech who gave me my bike back noticed that my seat was too far back and was loose and he adjusted it and tightened it up for me.
Solid community bike shop! Nathan is awesome and can help you get outfitted with what you need. I was impressed with the selection of bikes and extremely fair prices.
Absolutely Perfect Customer Service. Tom R (TR19) went above and beyond to help me find the right cleat and right shoe for my needs. Absolutely perfect. I visited trek Webster and had the worst customer service, but the team over here on memorial greeted me the second I walked in and just an overall amazing experience.
