The guys at Trek Bicycle were simply awesome! I came in with my son’s damaged bike and they serviced it right away. They even went the extra mile, added some air in the tires and gave me some good tips to extend its life. Their shop is awesome, they play good music and have amazing bikes. I just moved in town and will be back for sure.
So much for the "no questions asked" return. The guy hounds you for why your returning the bike. Even though its in pristine condition and cant understand that for the same price you get a better bike down the road. Plus he tries to tell you to return it at another trek store. Never buying trek again. Ever.
I had a great experience at this store. All the guys there are really helpful. Big thanks to Carlos who helped me with the purchase of my Domane Al 4.
