Ignored me & my 2 year old for for 5 min & when I asked for help, told me to wait.. I waited another 5 min & didn’t get helped.
Husband and I came in with a rough idea of what we were looking for, and Kyle helped us narrow it down and choose a couple bikes that were in our price range and suited the types of adventures we were looking to have. We ordered the bikes along with fenders and a couple other small upgrades we wanted installed before taking them home, and despite having to order those things in separately, the bikes were ready in about a week. Excellent service completed ahead of schedule.
The Happy Valley Trek shop was great. Everyone I worked with was very helpful and knowledgeable with coordinating a short turnaround repair for a group biking from Austin to Anchorage. Parts had to be ordered and then installed as the team passed through the area. Thanks again to the team at Trek Happy Valley!
