The service team did an awesome job. Made my bike look and feel good as new.
I thought these guys would be cool I thought these guys would be helpful and then all of a sudden they start with attitude And act like I was asking him to do extra work because I wasn't paying with a credit card or a debit card. Will definitely be going to the other guy next time.
These guys are awesome, they know their limits and don't overextend themselves on products and systems they haven't worked on before. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of courtesy they showed and how they handled themselves. I came in for several issues and a basic tuneup, and when one was not fully resolved they fixed it for me free of charge (I also had a crash and they fixed the derailer guard free of charge as well) I will go to them for any basic maintenance they can do from now on.
