I brought my son’s e-bike into Trek because we weren’t sure what was wrong with it. Josh took the time to test it out, make a few adjustments, and get everything working properly again. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. We really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend Trek, especially Josh!
Not much selection on accessories.
The folks at Trek are always so wonderful to work with, I had some rubbing in the brakes on my bike and the technician was immediately helpful when I dropped in on my ride. they got the calipers reset and I got booked for a brake bleed within the week. The service itself was quick and painless! I am back on the road today and the brakes are working well as expected.
