I am grateful for the consistency of Trek bikes and the consistency of the service provided by the Trek professionals. I purchased a Pro Series Trek in 1986 at the Trek store in Reynoldburg. Steve in service is truly one of the best bike shop employees I have ever encountered in my life. After riding and racing for around 25 years, I've experienced just about everything from a variety of shops. Steve is a great listener, then does a great job of explaining anything service or bike related. Someone like Steve is truly what allows a shop to thrive in a community, helping put more people on bikes, and increasing business for the shop.
