Super helpful and polite. Very supportive in getting me what I need. Walked in the store and came out a novice cyclists.
Huge shop, lot of deals, and the staff is very helpful. I can't believe the end of year deal I was able to get. Jason was very knowledgeable and set up my pedals and cleats on my new shoes as well
First, everyone is very friendly and they want to call you by name when you walk into the shop. Second, in most instances, minor adjustments are made within the hour. Third, and I did not know this, if your trek bike needs to stay overnight, they actually give you a loaner! Who knew? Last, the shop is incredible when it comes to warranties. They really take care of their customers.
