We’ve had three very weird/bad experiences here. So honestly, it’s our fault for returning. With my older son they sold us a bike that was completely the wrong size, we had our doubts- but went with it… they sounded pretty convincing… we should have know it was just shifty sales people. 6 months later we had to get an new bike the trade in is was not worth how little we used the bike! Very impressed with how friendly and professional mike was in trying to help me replace the wheel on my bicycle . Even though they didn't have it in stock he went out of his way to get me the exact specs that I needed and offered to order it. I ended up finding it at another shop but I really appreciated his efforts.
Walked in with my new bike and needed some advice - not only did i get what i needed, they actually identified a few areas that needed rework and did it right there and then! Service was amazing
