The people who work at the store I go to are exceptional. Jason, Mike, Chris, and more. And the store is really well located, and well laid out. And it’s true that their e-bikes are great. It just feels good to be there.
Mike and Jason were really helpful in helping me pick out my new bike. First new bike in 15 years! Trek makes some unbelievable bikes that ride great, look nice and come at all different price points. Really enjoying my new bike, go check them out!
Today I had my 2nd excelllent experience with Trek in Fairfield! Trek Bike shop in Fairfield Next to trader Joe's, Mike was really helpful. Great advice and decision support on repairs to existing bicycles and an ideal fit for new one suggested. Mike knows his Bikes!
