Thomas and Sean at Trek Elmwood are the best !! They sourced and installed my replacement Trek Verve2 handlebar controller. I purchased my Trek ebike in Canada knowing there are over 6000 certified Trek dealers and technicians in North America so when I travel I can always get quality parts and service. My only suggestion is to modify the instore sign at the Elmwood location which guarantees 24 hour service. That is a hard promise to keep sometimes.
