I purchased an e-bike through Amazon — even though many people told me not to, I had to stay within my budget. After a week or two, I started having a bunch of issues: the back tire kept going flat overnight and the brakes were super noisy. The seller sent me a replacement inner tube and instructions on how to fix the brakes, but I’m definitely no expert. So I brought my bike here, and Quinn was incredibly nice and helpful. Quinn was super helpful, quickly adjusted my brakes and gave me tips on next steps and future maintenance + service options. Much better than my experience with either Trek locations in NYC. They've also adjusted my Brompton in the past while I shopped in Whole Foods next door. Very grateful this shop is here!
