Marcus and Jose rock. Had an incredible experience here. I brought in my 2013 Trek after it had a crack in the frame. The staff told me Trek offers a lifetime warranty. I was able to turn my bike in for a $1200 credit and got an e-bike. Excellent service by all the staff. They even offer a free tune up with a bike purchase.
Jose offered exceptional customer service and answered all of my questions with a very helpful attitude. I told a friend about the great no-pressure attitude and he’s going visit them tomorrow to get a new bike as well. Great job Jose! Chris, A very satisfied customer
Great store!! Prices are competitive, great offers of trek bikes (great bikes and not cheap). However, the greatest part about the store, is the customer attention, especially one of the sellers named Jose. He is very attentive, and kind and takes good care of customers. I sincerely recommend this store.
Huge shoutout to Jose and Markus for getting me back up and riding! Store also has a big selection with everything you need.
