Ryan helped with an issue I had my bike and 100% customer service showed the issues and recommended products to maintain my bike.
Worst $2,500 I’ve ever spent. They sold me a bike, the back tire went flat right away, I asked them to replace it because it was new, they lied and said yes, they “fixed” it and it went flat again. I confronted them and asked why they didn’t replace the tire like I asked, and then they tried to blame me for the problem and acted as though it was unreasonable for me to have expected them to replace the tire, even though the bike was brand new and they said they would.
