Every single bike I shop for on the website comes up as available until I go to purchase it, where you find out it's out of stock and unavailable. Why do searches on your site yield results for products you can't don't have? Why am I wasting over an hour of my time here? And of course I can't get in touch with anyone because you're closed on weekends. Frustrating experience and I'll look elsewhere for a new bike.
Have had to call customer support a couple of times, each time they've been very helpful.
