Great bikes and the best customer service. Had a frame failure with my Gen7 Madone SLR and Trek customer service immediately addressed the issue and made me whole, cementing my loyalty to the brand. I've since picked up a Checkmate from their Red Barn and that process was fast and extremely easy with all tools and instructions provided.

N achetez pas cette marque, j’ai un trek marlin 5 gen 3, mécontents de la fiabilité de la fourche et surtout les responsables sav qui assume pas leur responsabilité, je suis pas le seul avoir ce problème là, j’ai attendu mon vélo pendant 3 mois en sav pour dire c est vous qui paye la réparation et pourtant je suis en garantie, l excuse c est peut être que le vélo est pas bien utilisé et pourtant je suis une personne maniaque et je fais vraiment attention à tout, donc j’ai refusé la réparation et j’ai dit de me renvoyer ma fo... read more

We took the tour and absolutely loved it. It’s a really impressive place, and it was interesting to see how everything comes together. Everyone we met seemed genuinely happy to work there—which makes sense if you love bikes! The only thing we felt was missing was a small souvenir shop. We understand that tours only happen once a week, so it may not make sense to have a full store open all the time. Still, it would be great if visitors had the chance to buy something simple, like a sticker, a patch, or another small Trek souv... read more
