Hello Trek I followed this company for ages great quality but when It comes to warranty not satisfied due to some branches like in manchester warranty looks unfair and also classified as a fraud warranty!!!
Buyer Beware: My Trek Rail Experience I purchased a Trek Rail exactly one month ago, and it’s been a disaster from the start. The Bosch motor was improperly mounted by Trek and is already failing. The sealant that’s supposed to keep water out is also failing, allowing moisture in and causing the motor to slip—powering on, then immediately cutting off.
