Went in today for a fitting. Phillip was friendly and extremely helpful. I didn’t buy the bike at Trek, it was a used bike and he didn’t hesitate to jump in to help me find everything I needed and took his time to get my bike fitted perfectly. It’s obvious he loves what he does and his customer service was the best I’ve experienced in similar situations. It was an excellent experience. Kudos Trek, it shows treating your customers well it important to you. I’ll be back. Thank you.
This is such a great place to have in the neighborhood. They care about people and have safety top of mind when repairing and suggesting bikes for customers. Gentleman adjusted my daughter’s bike chain, explained what caused the issue and how to prevent it and said it was an easy fix and didn’t charge us anything. I was blown away, it has been so long since having an enjoyable store visit of any kind I forgot what it was like!

I wanted to share some feedback regarding a recent experience at one of your stores. Back in March, I had the back tire of my son's bicycle replaced at your store, even though the bike wasn’t originally purchased there. However, during my recent visit to replace the front tire, I had a disappointing experience.
