I wanted to share some feedback regarding a recent experience at one of your stores. Back in March, I had the back tire of my son's bicycle replaced at your store, even though the bike wasn’t originally purchased there. However, during my recent visit to replace the front tire, I had a disappointing experience. Please update your website. Your website says you service/repair all makes and models but when I brought a non-trek bike for a quick adjustment, I was turned away because you only work on Trek brand even though I had all the parts needed for the repair.

Here's the bad part. It wasn't so much what needed to be done, it was the approach whereby I was instantly put on the defense. And the shop made it very clear that being sued is their first and only priority. I bought tires there as well and the guy refused to put the tires on. I could care less that he considered himself an expert and so am I in my field. He seemed to enjoy speaking down to me.
