We purchased the new Borrego+ bikes a few weeks ago in PA and continued on our journey to the Hudson River area of NY. We had an issue with my wife’s bike so Trek shipped a part to the Trek in Closter NJ. Alistair called us and setup an appointment to replace the part. Really professional service. My bike came back brand new. Thank you very much.

He handled everything with a level of care and genuine kindness that is rare to find these days. He eve... read more
One of the friendliest places i have ever been , among the bike shops. They make test rides soooo easy, they advertise it on a big sign outside of the shop, they help you with advice, everything you need and help make your decisions whether it is pros or cons. I could highly recommend these folks in anything trek-related. Actually another sign of theirs' highlights that they can help with any bike, not only Treks' . Personally have not tried that but another big plus with this location. Kudos !!
