I was going looking for a brake pads change and they found a quick solution, they were really professional and kind it was an excellent service and I was surprised when they told me it wasn’t necessary a change of brake pads it was just adjust the brakes and they did it real quick they didn’t charged me for that when somewhere else could charge me just for that if my bike needs anything I would take it to this store always
The employees at Trek went above and beyond! I went with two bikes to get air in the tires, and they took the time to help raise one of the seats and adjust a part of the other bike for free! Super kind and generous. Will definitely be back to get my son’s next bike as he grows.
