Service staff did a great job of prepping bike for winter riding (mudguards, tire swap, etc...) plus drive train clean etc.... Pickup was available when scheduled.
I've had great experiences every time I have been to this Trek store. The staff are ALWAYS nice, knowledgeable, and super helpful, and most importantly, I feel safe riding my bike after talking to them. They've given me information and shown me things, and never act condescending or dismissive. Once when I was worried about something, they looked at my bike and made sure it was safe to ride until I brought it in for a tune-up & break pads. Great shop. They do excellent repair and maintenance work for all brands of bikes, not just Trek. Prices are reasonable, and they will help you out quickly if you think something needs to get tweaked or checked. Great place to buy a bike as well. Cool, friendly employees who devote themselves to the various forms of cycling so they can offer you the insights you need when you are shopping, getting repairs or just trying to learn more about maintaining your bike yourself or to discover new places to ride. I have been in twice and both time had to wait 15-20 minutes to speak with someone. Once was to pick up and order and the second time was to make a return, both of which took less than 5 minutes once I was helped. This store is chronically understaffed and is making me wish I had just gone on Amazon to get my bike gear.
