I had a problem with my bike wobbling that no one could solve. I took it into Broadway Bicycle School twice and Landry's Bicycles Boston once, and no one had any idea what the problem was. They were saying things like, there's so much wrong with the bike, could be anything, will cost hundreds of dollars to fix. Then I took it to Trek, and the guy (Eric Stilwell) instantly identified the problem and fixed it in < 10 minutes for $60. It now works perfectly. So grateful!!!
I don’t know anything about Trek-brand bicycles, but they service other brands of non-electric bikes here and the service is great. They seem to pretty reliably get your bike back within 24 hours, and they diagnosed a tricky problem and came up with a very reasonable solution. They definitely seemed to know what they were doing. It didn’t feel like they were trying to get the work or the cost up. They used parts I brought in. Parking is obviously easy in the huge shopping center lot.
The staff here is fantastic! They've helped me with all sorts of things, many with quick turnaround when I needed it. That includes cannibalizing bikes in the showroom when it would take longer to get parts ordered. They even remember me and my family! When I had an order delivered to the store that I forgot about, they recognized my son when he came in for maintenance and sent my part home with him.
Stopped in to have a gearing issue checked out that another store could not solve for me. The employee at the shop was really helpful in showing me how to adjust what I needed to if it happens again, and seemingly fixed my gearing issue.
