Had a great experience at the Trek store in Cambridge. I stopped in to pick up a couple pairs of cycling shoes and a hand pump, and the service really stood out. Both employees working were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Good people. I had a wheel laced up and a full bike build done here.
I truely enjoyed buying a bike for my son here. The staff was absolutely patient, kind and respectful to us and guided us to the best choice we could get. The bike is fantastic, its Trek after all. He also patiently helped us load the bike onto the car which he really did not need to do. We first purchased the bike online and were picking it up in the store but noticed the bike is too small, the staff returned it for us and got us a bigger bike which was actually less expensive and I got my money back!
