This is a great shop. Showed up on a busy Saturday afternoon and Aaron was super helpful! We purchased two bikes, and he was able to explain so much regarding the features and specs. 👍👍
The customer service was flawless. Aaron greeted us when we went in this weekend, walked my son through the available options and let him test ride a few to land on our favorite. We wanted to sleep on it, and Aaron was great about putting the bike on hold. Aaron was there again when we came back Monday and he was so gracious walking us through the process, and his assistance on donating an old bike of ours for credit. We will definitely be back for service and for new bikes for my other kids

My advice is know exactly what you want done, and call them in case they forget about you. Took over a month to finish a tuneup and I had to do the rest of it myself, so I'm pretty annoyed. Firstly they overlooked multiple things on the assessment that when later discovered added cost and time to the tuneup. They told me they would call when the special order part came in, and never did. Very good service and easy to work with. I have used this shop twice now to pack up my carbon fiber bike for a cross-country move with BikeFlights and they're competitively priced and done it well each time.
