today i went in looking for a bike, and nobody greeted me even though the store was empty. The woman that I inquired about the bikes to was so beyond rude it put a terrible taste in my mouth! I just wanted to look at affordable bike options and was met with cold looks and ignorance.
Eric did a fine job of restoring my old, faithful Trek 7100 with a new drivetrain, brakes and a few other parts. It rides like new now.
I had a great experience, the staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with my questions. I felt like they were honest with me about options without pressure to upsell. My bike rides so great after getting it serviced, highly recommend!
