With the second bike, there was a significant delay due to a problem in their system, but he worked around it to find a solution for me, ensuring that I was happy with my purchase. Update - Always excellent knowledgeable customer service! Staff has great product knowledge. Jayden, the new manager, is very personable and goes out of his way to make feel welcome.
