Took my bike in to get checked out, which is in pretty rough shape. The service people explained that in my particular case, for the price of the extensive repairs and the age of the bike (around 2005), there have been significant improvements and innovations in the bike industry that it’s probably best to instead buy a new bike. The service person explained all the reasons and details patiently with me, a positive experience.

Ryan was extremely helpful - I came in as a beginner cyclist looking for cycling shoes, and she helped me pick them out, understand my needs, and never once made me feel dumb. 10/10 experience, better than any bike shop i've ever been to!!
