I visited the Trek bike store because I was hearing a rubbing sound from my bike. Jason, a big guy with a beard, helped me right away. He quickly fixed the issue and gave me a very clear explanation of what was happening. He also gave me great advice on future care. I really appreciate Jason and Trek for having such a helpful employee. Highly recommend this bike store!
