My wife and I have purchased a couple bikes from the Trek Boise location in the last couple of year's. Our youngest son of 11 year's old was due for an upgrade to a lager size mountain bike. Upon entering the store we were greeted immediately with a friendly smile from a young gal named Kelsey. She was very knowledgeable and new exactly what size bike would work best for our son.
