I think this is a good example of a corporate shop that still prioritizes the customer experience. The staff working here are both knowledgable and friendly, a dying art in bike shops these days.
Both Mike and Jake are very helpful, friendly, and courteos staff. Learnt some nice bike maintenance tricks from Mike as a bonus, while I got my tire-flat taken care of. I have been thinking of buying a new bike for a while. After the great service experience with them, I am almost certain that I am going to buy it from them (Domane 105 for the curious reader).

Very good bike mechanic. Quality repairs by very friendly and helpful mechanic. They are happy to work on non-trek bikes. My new go-to repair shop.
