I came in for an issue with my bike, which isn't a Trek bike. The staff gave me a warm welcome, and I want to give special kudos to the bike mechanic. Colin took the time to examine various potential problems and made sure my issue was resolved. Three weeks earlier, I had taken the same bike with the same issue to a different Berkeley bike store. They told me the problem was fixed when, in fact, it wasn't. I'm so glad to have found this store and feel confident about coming back for future mechanical problems.

I'd give them six stars if I could. Super friendly service, extremely knowledgable staff, and a genuine above-and-beyond effort to make sure you are 100 percent satisfied. As long as I'm living in Berkeley, this is my go-to bike shop! Can't recommend enough!
