I thought something was really wrong with my bike breaks. I couldn’t figure out how to fix it so I took it into Trek here in Berkeley. Alex and Joe were amazing. I got right in, they looked at my bike and fixed it on the spot. Something has migrated so they pulled it the correct way and then did a quick check and I was on my way. They didn’t charge me or try to Upsell me on stuff. If you need anything for your bike- take it here. Great vibes all the way around!

I came in for an issue with my bike, which isn't a Trek bike. The staff gave me a warm welcome, and I want to give special kudos to the bike mechanic. Colin took the time to examine various potential problems and made sure my issue was resolved. Three weeks earlier, I had taken the same bike with the same issue to a different Berkeley bike store. They told me the problem was fixed when, in fact, it wasn't. I'm so glad to have found this store and feel confident about coming back for future mechanical problems.
