The staff here are amazing. I was in a tight spot the other day and had to come begging to get a same-day emergency repair before leaving on a bike trip. The shop here was fully booked, but Phil generously made some time in his schedule, fixed my bike up like new and got me rolling again in time for my trip. Can’t say how much I appreciate his willingness to help me out last minute and save my trip! 🙌
Great store and great people. A little hard to find, but very worth it. Joe fixed my cadence sensor after 2 other bike mechanics couldn't figure out the issue!
Joe, thank you so much for repairing my tire thingy that holds the inflation. He made sure to replace the chain for smooth riding. Super grateful that this TREK shop is nearby. See you soon, thank you again! Also, if you buy an e-bike, check to see if you're eligible for a rebate, an Alameda County program :)
