Professional and quality repairs and maintenance
I picked up a set of Bontrager carbon wheels from this shop, and they’ve definitely made my bike faster and lighter. First off, the price was way better than similar wheels from other brands. On top of that, the warranty gives me peace of mind—I can ride hard without worrying about breaking them. That’s awesome! Big thanks to Tim and the team for the solid service and fast shipping!
Had an awesome time riding a Trek Fuel EX on the trails around Asheville. Got the chance to test out a full-carbon trail bike that felt just right for the local terrain. Even though it was a demo bike, it was in top shape—fresh drivetrain, new brake pads, and the suspension dialed in perfectly. Turns out, you can actually buy a demo bike for about half the regular price—got my buddy thinking about it now. Big thanks to Trek Asheville for the great service and friendly vibes!
Roger spent a lot of time with us as we considered buying E-bikes. He answered all of our questions and explained the workings of the bikes in good detail. We can't wait to get out together on our new E-bikes!
I went to this place and told them I got my bike worked on at a different bike shop and that the bike shop messed it up more, these guys told me they knew what they were doing and would for sure be able to get the bike at least functioning properly and rolling without skipping is all I wanted from the purchase, I trusted the people because it’s at least a business chain bike shop that would maybe have some standards.
