Back in March I picked up a Trek 8.4 crossover bicycle from here. Along with it I got their "Gold Service" package... I must say it has been worth gold. I use the bike for getting to work. on the way home my front tire blew. I walked the bike to their shop and in about 5 minutes it was fixed at no cost! Today I took it in for a broken spoke. Again they fixed it on the spot while I looked around. The service is stellar!

Friendly people here and not snooty like many other shops in Tulsa. I didn't buy my first bike from them but was glad I bought my second bike there. I love my Trek and Lee's knows how to care for it!
I needed my daughter's bike repaired right away, on a Sunday no less... and they delivered!! I was helped by Mike, who went above and beyond to make sure it was repaired and working properly, all in less than an hour.
Took my bike into Lee's today. I was very impressed with the service I received. They let me know as soon as my bike was finished. Was very pleased with price, staff, and service. Will recommend to anyone.

i have had a lot of experience with this bike shop. i've bought 2 bikes, gotten numerous repairs done, and purchased about $1200 of equipment from this shop over the last 3 years. all i can say, is that after all this time, i have decided to find a new bike shop. the inconsistency of service and lack of care for long term customers has driven me away from this place. i brought my race bike in for some changes the day before the race and when i went to pick up my bike, the shop closed early without even a phone call. i even c... read more
Worst customer service. I suggest you try another bike shop for any other bike related items you are looking for. I have a more expansive review on Yelp if you are interested.
Be careful who you talk to. They try to tell you that only they can understand how to make minor adjustments on your bike. Both times I went there to look and possibly buy a bike they drove me away by trying to convince me to buy something WAY out of my range by saying whatever I was looking at wasn't that great (if it wasn't that great than why are they selling it?)
