Not just incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff, but also just kind people. Have stopped in a few times with questions and minor problems and they’ve helped out while refusing compensation (don’t let them).

I purchase my bike here couple years ago and I went back to get my bike service. All the staff that works there is amazing! They are so knowledge and was very easy to talk to. They told me exactly what I needed and was very helpful. Alex and Amir(he knows exactly what my bike needed. My bike condition is so great after he tuned it up and feels super safe! thank you! ( I forgot the managers name but he’s great also) This is my favorite trek shop in dmw!
