terrible customer service, my mom called asking questions then she sent me and my brother to get stuff from the store. She called again confirming and one of the workers made some rude comments after about her calling, saying, “ is that the same lady calling again, when is she just gonna decide to come in?” while me and my brother were standing right there.
Place was nice. Did a test drive. Everyone was friendly. Excellent experience overall.
Took a bike I just got to get looked at and they made up any excuse on how my front brake broke outside of their shop. The day before I was talking with them about the brakes and they where working just fine, went to pick up the bike for a new shifter cable the next day and my front brake did not work at all would not take responsibility for it and was pushing to put something that was less then what the bike had and made me pay for it and all the work
