I have made several trips to this store and have always had a great experience. Zane takes the time to explain everything to me. He has taught me so much and is great to work with to get upgrades to my bike and learn what is the best for me. He had recommend tires for me. The tires made the ride so much better and more comfortable too. I am so glad I got. Them. I have done a couple things with Kim and she has been great. She has made sure I got everything I needed. First time buying a bicycle in 40 years. Decided I wanted a good road bike for my goal of riding across the United States coast to coast. I went in several times and asked a lot of questions as there are many options these days. Kim was amazing and really helped to guide me to the best bike for me. Took a couple out for good test rides and never felt any pressure to buy. They service what they sell and all the staff I talked to were great!
The Trek Algonquin store and the people who work there get five stars all the time because they deserve five stars!! First of all, I love Trek bikes and accessories. I have had four Trek bikes, all various hybrid bikes for road and gravel, and love all of them! I started with the Dual Sport family and have recently switched over to the FX Sport Carbon Fiber. Brought my son's bike in for repair after an accident and was highly impressed by the customer service and care. Ended up buying a replacement bike with them and bringing another bike in for a tune up. Tune up was quick and did a fantastic job. Zane took time to show me a map of riding trails and was really friendly and helpful. Will do business with this location in the future.
