Zane was very helpful. I came in without an appointment and despite this curve ball, was able to assist me with my bike. I appreciate their professionalism and responsiveness
Under no circumstances should you take your bike to this place They caused over $100 in damage to my bike about a month to eventually try to get it working They kept sending it to other shops and then when it eventually came back to me it was in really bad shape They will cause damage to your bike Don't take it there.
I took in two bikes for service and the team there went above and beyond to help me out, explain what was wrong, and get my bikes back to top form. Highly recommend and I will definitely return!

I hadn’t owned a bike in over ten years. The customer service shown to me when I came in was great, the salesperson (I can’t remember her name, she was a blonde woman) was very helpful and understanding. The cherry on top was the thank you card I just received in the mail! I’m loving my new bike and will be using Trek for all my bike-related purchases moving forward.
