I took in two bikes for service and the team there went above and beyond to help me out, explain what was wrong, and get my bikes back to top form. Highly recommend and I will definitely return!

I hadn’t owned a bike in over ten years. The customer service shown to me when I came in was great, the salesperson (I can’t remember her name, she was a blonde woman) was very helpful and understanding. The cherry on top was the thank you card I just received in the mail! I’m loving my new bike and will be using Trek for all my bike-related purchases moving forward.
I bought a fat bike here and it was awesome. The tires were fat and knobby, the gearing was perfect even on a steep hill. I really liked that bike, which was stolen by my father’s gardener for three hundred bucks.
Zane was fantastic to work with. He helped my son find the right bike while helping other people at the same time. I really dug the vibe of the store and it makes me want to purchase other bikes there.
