I would like to give a HUGE shoutout to Zane for helping me purchase my first real quality bike. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I was able to test drive all the bikes I was interested in. We narrowed it down the bike that would best fit me and he gave me his honest opinion. At the end, he surprised me with some gear for my bike which I am so thankful for. Zane deserves a raise! I will be coming back to this Trek store for the great and high quality customer service I was given. Thank you!

I have made several trips to this store and have always had a great experience. Zane takes the time to explain everything to me. He has taught me so much and is great to work with to get upgrades to my bike and learn what is the best for me. He had recommend tires for me. The tires made the ride so much better and more comfortable too. I am so glad I got. Them. I have done a couple things with Kim and she has been great. She has made sure I got everything I needed.
