Spent time in the salt room and it was great. It helped my psoriasis somewhat and it also cleared the airways and felt as if I was breathing better, the spaces are lovely . They also have a infrared sauna and ice bath which I will try next time. Lovely owners made us feel very welcome.
Relaxing and calming. Sauna is amazing. Keep coming back after visiting for first time a couple of weeks ago. Belinda is a great host. Always feel welcome. Would recommend to anyone wanting to improve overall health. Finding the infrared sauna helpful in removing toxins from the body. Come out from a session feeling relaxed, mentally more alert and energised. Thanks Belinda for providing the opportunity to use your services in Monbulk.
The salt cave is incredible. It improves my asthma. I haven’t tried the infrared sauna yet, but it looks sooo amazing, I can’t wait to try it. Love the ambience, the staff, and the premises looks beautiful. So lucky to have it in the Hills.
I found this place by accident and now take my teenage daughter who has long covid and respiratory problems to the salt cave. I have found it's been very helpful for her and also a calming, healing, peaceful and grounding experience for both of us and our Ashma. The sauna is wonderful and the herbal tea is divine. Highly recommend.
This place is amazing. I started going for a stubborn cough, not only has my cough improved, my skin is also better (I feel like I could go make-up free after 30 years) and my anxiety has calmed down. I feel less stressed and generally more happy. Would highly recommend! The owner is also so lovely and welcoming,
