I have some business advice for you: don't lie about your hours. I drove hours out of my way to get there, and I arrived an hour and twenty minutes before they "closed." It was shut! I knocked, but no one answered. I observed two other guys approach and the same thing happened to them. So why not limit your working hours to before 11 p.m.?

I showed up more than 10 minutes before close and they had already closed the store. As a trees customer I would expect some level of customer service and I’m sure trees ownership would agree. There are plenty of other shops that adhere to they’re store hours, that I easily could have gone to if I’d known they’d close that early. Overall I was extremely disappointed and will take my business else where.

I used to comeTo this store when I lived in Ballard And I always had very good experience And the sales people they are wonderful And today I stopped a gameAnd I find different people working over thereWas a girlAnd she was extremely rude And she had no interest of helping meAnd that was awful experience This lady she should not be working with you and you should get rid of her as soon as possible she is not good for business her name is Monica
