Really disappointed by the customer service here. I have been coming to you guys for a long time yet they denied me for not having a second piece of ID. I came in with my passport and study permit ( which is my only Canadian ID) yet they refused to sell to me because my study permit did not have my signature. Keep in mind my passport had both picture and signature. Why make it so difficult for customers to make a purchase? I lost my wallet which is why I brought my study permit and passport yet was still denied. I understand... read more
