My mom has been here since June of 2022 and she lives it! It’s taken her a while to get involved with activities only because the move from AL was a somewhat difficult and confusing transition for her. The team there has been WONDERFUL! She goes downstairs and enjoys time with her friends over a glass of wine, dancing with live music, and simply the inviting atmosphere. I’ve been living here since August 2022. I have throughly enjoyed it. The other residents are friendly and the staff is professional and caring. The activities keep us busy and meals are varied with many choices.
When I have an issue the staff is excellent in its responses and in a timely manner. I feel very safe at the Willows. The food is excellent. The staff deserve a five star rating.
The Willows is a comforting place to live. I love all the parties, outings, lunch bunches, and all the activities that we have. Absolutely great place to call home. The staff makes home a little more pleasant to live.
