Just had a 90 minute massage, claimed HICAPS medibank top extras, the lady put it through as a 30minute massage so i got only 29.90 back. I said to her you have put it through as a 30 minute massage and she started deflecting and acting confused, telling me to try a different number next time. So i went in today asking for a relaxing message and then when the message begins she start applying massive force while rubbing like your applying oil but keeps on doing that for the whole time while rubing hard over the bone which is NOT what you are supposed to do as i have some understanding of how messages are supposed be purformed.
