I recently moved to Kelowna with my family and we had a long list of furniture we needed to buy. Patti was extremely patient and helpful in suggesting quality pieces and helping us coordinate colours and finishes with existing features in our home. Patti nailed it!! We purchased a 4 piece VanGogh Retreat sectional from Patti and we are loving the results. Had we relied on our own measurements, we would’ve ended up with a huge 7 piece sectional. Thankfully we had Patti come out to measure and help me pick a fabric. We are so impressed with Patti’s design style and professional nature.
Patti was amazing to work with…very knowledgeable, listened to our needs and had great suggestions😀. Did not push the stores products and genuinely wanted to make sure we were pleased and happy with our purchases. Would definitely recommend her services. Overall a pleasant experience and we’re happy with the results. Patti Salmon was most knowledgeable and assisted us through the process. Delivery was delayed a little too long for reasons we don’t quite understand. The delivery men (Landon and Aaron) were exceptional. The sofa-bed didn’t fit through one door. Landon and Aaron took the sofa back to the store and returned a few hours later having removed the arms of the sofa to fit the space. They re-fitted the arms and all was well.
