This is the worse Baby Furniture Company I have ever dealt with. The staff are extremely rude. They have no communication skills what so ever. From now on I will go to Pottery Barn Kids. They have treated me with absolute no respect. This place has literally gave me a headache all week. This is one company that I suggest nobody should purchase from due to the rude/selfish careless people that work there. The raunchiest baby store I ever been to.
This place has been nothing but a pain. Ordered nursery room furniture well in advance and then parts of the order arrived and other parts didn't. They sent each part out in separate deliveries with notifying you of your delivery window 24 hours in advance, so you couldn't plan anything for delivery days. Poor customer service to say the least. Furniture took 4 months to receive, only to find out after delivery one item was discontinued and they didn’t know if I would ever receive it. Thanks for telling me in advance (queue sarcasm). So now I have a mismatched set. Got the run around until I received a refund. A pretty horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend.
